What we do is going to trace the clavicle across to the sternum area. When you get to that junction, we're going to go right below the clavicle. There’s going to be “an inner space” where we're going to place our finger.

Now this really is a perfect model because she has prominent clavicles. So if we take the clavicles and we trace it to the sternum area. Then come down below it, we're going to make our way just outside the sternum area right where those points are, that is the inner space of where you're going to press. It will be an open inner space and your finger should fit directly inside of it.

There are different ways you can do the acupressure here. You can use your both thumbs but you even like to use your thumb and your middle finger where you take the thumb on one point and put your middle finger on the other point. Press in to the point right to that area, right into the inner space, and as you press a whole firm pressure about 30 seconds up to a minute. You will feel breathing like you've never felt before. These acupressure points will wind you down, even take away anxiety. This technique will allow your air way really open up to get that oxygen to those cells. These K27 master points will help you significantly reduce pain, stress, hard to breath, or even anxiety.
