There’s nothing worse than suffering and pain with chronic sinus problems, congestion, breathing difficulty, sleeping difficulty. It can make you real irritable. Well guess what, this technique is going to do wonders for you. We’re going to rock back and forth the “vomer bone”. Now we see the image below, the bone which runs through the nasal passages to the mouth. By using our tongue and pushing it up against the hard palate. We’re going to rock it back and forth. We’re going to increase mobility to help increase function which is going to help you heal much quicker.

So as we rock the “vomer bone” back and forth, we're going to combine it with a master point between our eyebrows. You can use your thumb or finger whatever is comfortable. We’re going to apply pressure to the hard palate with our tongue, pushing it up for 5 seconds and after 5 seconds we relaxed. And then we're going to push for 5 seconds between our eyebrows, then relax.

So continue to alternate those two areas for approximately a minute to a minute and a half. You will immediately start to feel amazing changes. Your sinuses will start to drain. Your breathing will get better. You’ll feel less pressure and you'll also notice that over the next half-hour to an hour, you're going to continue to get more changes.

Now if you have frontal sinus congestion, I want to make sure we clear that as well. I want you to keep your head down and forward. That’s how you're going to be during the whole technique. I want you to take your thumb and second finger, grab the inside of your eyebrows and squeeze it together as your head is forward. You’ll squeeze that for 10 seconds.

You’ll come to the middle of your eyebrows and squeeze that for 10 seconds as your head is down and forward.

After 10 seconds, you'll squeeze on the outer eyebrows.

So for about a minute to a minute and a half as your head is in a downward position, continue to squeeze those eyebrows about every 10 seconds working your way in and out. You will start to see great relief in those frontal sinuses. So keep rocking that “vomer bone” back and forth by doing that several times a day. Your progress will continue to get better and better over the next couple of days.
