Simple Exercise Technique: Fix Bad Posture, Stand Taller, and Breathe Better

I have a great exercise technique that I want to share with you that's going to help your poor posture, help you stand taller, and breathe easier in 20 seconds. So what's unique about this exercise compared to any other one is that we're going to get full contraction and range of motion of the rhomboid muscle located between on the shoulder blade. At the same time, we're going to actually get full range of motion of the posterior deltoid and we're going to stretch open the chest muscle all at the same time.

Now most of us worldwide have never played archery and archery is the bow and arrow we hold the bow out, we pull the arrow back and we let it go and “bang..”. We shoot our target. So what I did is that I took that same concept and I'm going to accentuate that range of motion that we're going to achieve those results that I just explained. So let's get to it, we only need 10 seconds on both sides to achieve our goal.

Let's hold our left hand out first, keep that hand nice and straight. That's going to be our bow. Okay, so now I want to take the arrow and I'm going to point it straight ahead. I'm going to take the arrow, imagine the arrow right in front of us. We're going to pull back that arrow and as I keep cocking back, I want you to stand up tall. Put the ears over the shoulder and keep pulling back to that elbow can't go any more. You should start to feel burning behind that shoulder blade. That right shoulder blade, hold it there to stand up tall for 10 seconds. Keep that head up nice and high. Now feel that burning sensation as your chest is opening up then release. That burning was good.

So let's do the other side. That right hand goes straight out in front of us like this. That's our bow, we're going to grab our arrow, stand up tall, ears over your shoulder, and stick up the chest. I want you to pull that arrow back, keep pulling all the way back till that elbow can't go any further. Stand up tall and you'll feel that burning sensation behind the left shoulder blade. Hold it there for 10 seconds; stand up straight as you feel it stretching in the chest and then release.

Wow!! How does that feel? You feel lighter don't you? You can stand up taller. You feel as if you have more emotion between their shoulder blades. When you bring your shoulders back like your chest is opened up and spread apart. That's going to do wonders for your posture. I ask you to share this amazing technique on your social media so we can help educate others worldwide. Please leave your comments below because I know they'll be many and most important make it a great day.
