Everyone can be stress; not only adult but also our kid can be stress too. I have a point that really is going to wind you down, take stress off the brain. It's called the rest and digests point. Let’s see take a look of your hand now. You'll see the top two lines there that go across yours. May look a little different for every people but that's okay because most of us has similar pattern. Next, take your thumb, put it on the top of your middle finger and draw right down as you come down. Your thumb needs to be in line with the middle finger right in the middle of those two lines.
Take your thumb and put it right on that point and relax the hand. So you can get a deep pressure point right in that area. Just apply pressure just not to hard but gently. You’re going to do that within about 45 to 60 seconds. Probably before then you're going to feel your mind starting to slow down.
So looking at your other hand, there are the top two lines then come down from the third finger all the way down between those two lines right in the middle. Then take your thumb, put pressure right in that point. While relax the hand, put nice firm pressure in there and just hold it up to a minute. You will feel your body wind down kicking in the parasympathetic system. That system is going to slow down your heart rate, lower blood pressure, allow better digestion, and allow everything on your body to function more at ease.
You will start to feel tiredness behind my eyes, very relaxed, feel your body just coming down. Just hold that point up to a minute and you will see great results. So apply this point whenever you need to it, may be stress, anxiety, or a tough day.
